At BMC Fashion House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Accompanied by all original tags and packaging
- Free of perfume, deodorant, or other scents
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@bmcfashionhouse.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@bmcfashionhouse.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
